We work with Industry Leaders in these fields.  Our expertise has seen us produce exceptional commercial new build, including refurbishment and fit-out projects, carrying strategic analysis of specific client’s space requirements, evaluation studies and detailed interior design work.

Meehan Associates Design Philosophy is to employ the most appropriate materials and contemporary construction methods, to create beautiful buildings that incorporate a balanced cohesion between functionality and aesthetics.

In approaching all projects, particular attention is placed in developing client briefs, being mindful of budget constraints and providing elegant and appropriate design solutions. Each project is underpinned by a careful analysis of the client’s requirements with a holistic approach, combining sustainable technologies and use of quality building materials.

We take the conscious approach with every project to consider and incorporate energy and ecological conservation within the building’s design, construction and operation. Incorporating sustainability and ecological design, ensures that our actions and decisions today do not inhibit the opportunities of future generations.

We take Projects from inception to completion, and will create a Team suitable for the Project requirements and manage the process for the Client.
