Project Description:
This proposed new build dwelling is contemporary in design and in keeping with respect to scale to the adjacent mews properties, apartments and period housing. The internal layout was designed to maximise daylight to all habitable rooms and was arranged around a south-east facing, split level courtyard garden. Sustainability is of the utmost importance and this house was designed using a holistic and integrated approach and to be in excess of the insulation standards of Part L and the current Building Regulations.
