This Project aspired and succeeded to create an innovative office environment for Oracle Direct EMEA Cloud Sales Hub. Energy reduction and sustainability was at the heart of the transformation of this drab office block into the client’s flagship, LEED Platinum certified building. Oracle Block A is a futuristic workplace which is flexible and adaptable. This workplace embodies a no-waste ethic. It is efficient, sustainable and healthy.
Dublin Airport Business Park
Location: Dublin Airport Business Park, Turnapin Lane, Santry, Dublin 9

This new build project is the 2nd phase of 4 within an established commercial development. The building was visualised with the occupiers in mind and was designed to allow for total flexibility of the space, making both vertical and horizontal divisions possible whilst offering staff spaces to work and socialise. The building has a narrow, open floor plate which has an economic and flexible structural grid.

This CAT A fit-out spans the entire top floor of this prominent feature building incorporating units 9, 18 & 27. The primary design features of the fit-out was to provide a comfortable layout maximising workplace, whist defining circulation and ancillary areas. The floor to ceiling glazing on all elevations provided the views and inspiration for the concept and design.
A&L Goodbody Solicitors
Location: North Wall Quay, North Wall, Dublin 1
This refurbishment of the meeting accommodation, restaurant and coffee dock facilities was carried out when the company was in full occupation. Low VOC products were used to create a positive environment. Sustainable and recycled products were used throughout. Most of the building systems installed are low energy high efficient units which have contributed to an energy decrease in the building. If assessed this project would have achieved LEED Gold Standard

This Project was an extremely creative, turnkey internal fitout, providing a new Headquarter buildings for Ebay + PayPal, which accommodated 1650 employees over two sites. The use of Eco-friendly materials was key to providing an economic modern facility with environmentally sustainable systems within the restaurants, gyms, training and meeting facilities which all converge to create a state of the art building.

This landmark building situated at the north east corner of Parnell Square and extending back to Rutland Place has been refurbished to offer maximum flexibility to any tenant. Refurbished with respect to existing Georgian Frontage of the Square the interior delivers a modern clean interior which benefits from the use of the latest lighting and building management technology. An increase in secure bicycle parking spaces is supplemented by showering facilities for the cyclists within the secure basement.
