ORACLE BLOCK B

Location: EastPoint Business Park, Dublin 3
Size: 6,050m²

Project Description:
This Project was to extensively re-model and expanded a 1990’s office building. Recognising the potential of the Building was key after it was acquired fully by Oracle in 2016. A sustainable and holistic approach followed, retaining and celebrating the existing architecture, and transforming the building by enclosing the external courtyards to create collaboration and an all hands space within a contemporary office development, which obtained LEED Platinum certification.

AERCAP 

Location:         St Stephens Green, Dublin 2.

Size:                70,000 sq. ft

Description:     This new Build Office development is constructed over five floors,  with open plan office space on floors 1-4 with the associated ancillary facilities and an executive suite on floor 5. Meehan Associates as Sustainability Consultants on the project are proud to have achieved LEED Platinum for Commercial Interiors on the project. We worked with the U.S Green Building Council, the Clients Architects, Consultants and Contractors to secure the rating, all committed to a sustainable, prosperous future through LEED.

Digiweb

Location: Ballycoolin
Size: 3400sqm

Project Description:
This Office research and digital laboratory building is the Headquarter building with the office and ancillary facilities provided for 200 people. A Restaurant, Gymnasium, Training and Meeting room facilities along with the full provision for Engineering Design personnel and complete Data Centre installation formed the brief, the project was delivered on time and on budget.

Location: Citywest Business Campus, Dublin 24
Size: TBC

Project Description:
This High-Tech Engineering Manufacturing Test and Design Headquarters Building with provisions for over 800 persons is set in parkland type setting, with high-security provision with full redundancy and back-up synchronized generation. The headquarter building development included the specialist provisions of a restaurant and Gym to a High-Tech level. Finishes and installations are environmentally sustainable, whilst being highly energy efficient.
